EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Whether you are an entrepreneur OR managing a global/virtual team OR working in one, challenges are plenty. You not only need to GET THINGS DONE but also need to be innovative across the borders.

Research shows that TRUST is universal across cultures, yet building trust is one of the greatest challenges for global and virtual teams. Trust is key for us to feel valued in a team. There are 10 dimensions of trust across cultures that can be assessed for leadership, and increased in any team.

Learn these 10 dimensions from leading European research, see how you and others may prioritize them differently.

In this interactive Workshop you will dialog with your APWT colleagues to learn how to build others trust in you and lead breakthroughs in your teams.
